Christian is a partner based in the London office and is part of the global CFO practice. He specializes in Private Equity-backed companies across EMEA. He brings twenty-five years of search experience and deep expertise in partnering with Private Equity funds in building executive teams in their portfolio companies across Europe. Christian was previously a senior client partner in the European CFO practice at Korn Ferry, leading the firm’s efforts in appointing CFOs into PE-backed businesses across Europe. Christian is widely regarded as the go to partner for hiring CFOs into PE deals in Europe.
Previously, he was a one of the founding partners of Skillcapital and head of the CFO practice, responsible for leading CFO projects across Europe and collaborating with various sector and geography teams. Before leading the CFO practice, he built and ran Skillcapital’s business in German-speaking Europe, working with numerous investors and private equity-owned businesses across industries.
Christian is a Swedish national. He and his wife live in Notting Hill, London. He is a proud father of four children and has a passion for tennis in all its forms.
